Equipment Overview:

Electrically heated reactor electric heating reactor belongs to the stainless steel container equipment, widely used in food (milk), pharmaceutical, daily chemical, beverage, grease, chemical, pigment and other industries for heating, blending, reaction or sterilization treatment. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized trials in units and scientific research institutions without steam heat source.

Usage and characteristics of electrically heated reactor.

Electrically heated reaction kettle has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no boiler automatic heating, easy to use and so on. The electric heating rod is used to heat the heat-conducting oil inside the jacket, so that the temperature of the heat-conducting oil rises to the required temperature, and then there is a temperature measuring and controlling instrument to control the electric heating gang to make the period of power failure and constant temperature. Widely used in medicine, chemical industry, food, natural flavorings, food additives, light industry and other industries.

Electric heating reaction kettle structure characteristics.

Electrically heated reaction kettle is composed of pot body, pot cover, stirrer, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft sealing device, etc. The material and opening can be made according to the user's process requirements. The heating forms are electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open fire heating and so on. Jacket form is divided into: jacket type and outer half-pipe type, jacket oil heating type are equipped with infusion device. Stirring form generally have paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw bar type, scraping wall type and so on. The high speed type has dispersing impeller type, turbine type, high shear type and propeller type for customers to choose according to the process. Transmission forms are ordinary motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed motor, frequency converter, etc. There are cycloid needle wheel type, worm gear type, planetary infinitely variable speed type. Shaft seals are ordinary water-cooled packing seal, combined PTFE packing seal and mechanical seal.

Use and maintenance of electrically heated reactor.

The reactor must be used to close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain off the remaining refrigerant in the pot and jacket, then input the material, start the stirrer, and then turn on the steam valve and electric power supply, after reaching the required temperature, the steam valve and electric power supply should be shut down first, after 2~3 minutes, and then shut down the stirrer, after the end of the process, after exhausting the remaining condensate in the pot and jacket, it should be rinsed with lukewarm water as soon as possible, brush off the sticky material, and then use 40~500C alkaline water to wash the material, and then use 40~500C alkaline water to clean it. Then use 40 ~ 500C alkaline water in the container wall comprehensive cleaning, and rinse with water, especially no material in the pot (heat-absorbing medium) empty pot, shall not open the steam valve and electric power supply, pay special attention to the use of steam pressure, shall not exceed the rated working pressure.

Reactor reducer lubricating oil should be supplemented immediately, electric heating medium oil every six months to be replaced, the jacket and the lid on the parts of the safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, distillation holes, electric heaters, electrical instrumentation, etc. should be regularly inspected, if there is a malfunction to be instantly switched or repaired.
