Functional characteristics

This equipment adopts aluminium alloy rail type practical training table, module using standard structure and drawer type module placing frame, interchangeability; according to the principle of productive function and integration of learning function to determine the module content, so that the teaching can be convenient to select the required module.

The I/O terminals of PLC module, the wiring terminals of frequency converter, the connection terminals of each commonly used module and PLC are connected with safety sockets, and the wires with safety plugs are used to connect the circuits; the circuits of command switches, photoelectric switches, sensors and indicating components are connected through the terminal rows. The combination of plug-in wire connection circuit and terminal row connection circuit not only ensures the training, formation and consolidation of students' basic skills, but also ensures the fast, safe and reliable circuit connection.

Feeding device: The moving part mainly consists of a magazine and a push cylinder. Has been placed in the longitudinal bin in the workpiece detection sensor detection in place, driven by a single rod cylinder pushes the plate forward, in time to ensure that the transverse trough in place in the workpiece, for the push material cylinder to launch the material good preparation.

Material Sorting Device: The feeding pallet is driven by synchronous belt by stepping motor to convey the materials carried by the machine handling device to the corresponding chute, and pushed into the corresponding chute by the feeding cylinder.
