HRA-1008B Modular Flexible Automated Production Line Training System is a set of modular combination system. There are loading station, handling station, processing station, installation station, installation and handling station, conveyor belt station, handling and sorting station, sorting station, the main station and other work units, constituting a typical automated production line of the mechanical platform, the system of each mechanism were used in the pneumatic drive, stepping motor position control technology. The control mode of the system adopts the distributed control mode in which each working unit is controlled by a PLC, and the PLCs are interconnected through network communication. Therefore, this device integrates a variety of technical knowledge, such as pneumatic control technology, mechanical technology (mechanical drive, mechanical connection, etc.), sensor application technology, PLC control and networking, stepping motor position control technology.
