Device Overview
This device adopts stainless steel frame open structure design, mainly consists of four parts: domestic water supply system, fire water supply system, drainage system and control system.
Living water supply system mainly consists of water supply tank, water supply pump, water supply pipe, pressure transmitter, pulse water meter, tap and shower head. The pipeline adopts stainless steel composite pipe for design, which can be used for cutting, installation and water test operation of stainless steel composite pipe. Through the control system, it can realise the function of frequency conversion and constant pressure water supply of the domestic water supply system, and realise the function of single-pump frequency conversion control or double-pump switching control, etc.; and through the impulse water meter, it can complete the metering of the water consumption.
The fire fighting water supply system mainly consists of water supply tank, sprinkler pump, air pressure tank, wet alarm valve, pressure switch, water flow indicator, fire fighting water supply pipe, closed sprinkler head, etc. The pipeline is designed with galvanised pipe. The pipeline is designed with galvanised pipe, which can be cut, sleeved, installed and water-tested, and the sprinkler function can be realised through the control system.
Drainage system mainly consists of sewage tank, liquid level sensor, drainage valve, drainage pipe and water treatment unit. Drainage pipe is mainly designed with UPVC pipe, which can be cut, bonded, installed and tested with water, and combined with the control system, it can realise the water level detection of the sewage tank and the start/stop control of the drainage pump.
The control system mainly consists of electrical control cabinet, touch screen, operation switch, working status indicator, DDC controller, PLC controller, frequency converter, low-voltage electrics, water pump, water meter, sensors (float level meter, pressure switch, water flow indicator, signal butterfly valve, pressure transmitter), and configuration monitoring software. Through the control system can be achieved based on the BACnet bus integrated monitoring and control function of the water supply and drainage system.
The use of this device enables students to install, wiring, programming, configuration, integration, debugging, operation and maintenance of the "integrated monitoring system for water supply and drainage" in the physical model platform, so that they can understand the application of each part in practice and master its fundamental technical points.
