Basic functions of the device

1、Overspeed safety protection system

When an elevator accident occurs, the car slides down in overspeed or high speed (such as the wire rope breaks, the top pulley detaches, the worm gear of traction machine fails to work, and the motor rotates down too high). At this time, the speed limiter will be emergency braking, through the safety steel cable and linkage mechanism, drive the safety clamp action, so that the car stuck in the guide rail and will not fall.

2、Spring buffer device for car and counterweight

Buffer is the safety device at the limit position of the elevator. When the elevator fails and causes the car or the counterweight to squat or rush to the top (the limit switch protection fails), the car or the counterweight hits the spring buffer and the buffer absorbs the energy of the elevator, so as to decelerate the car or the counterweight to stop safely.

3、Door safety contact plate protection device

On the edge of the car door, there is a movable safety contact plate. When the door is closed and the safety contact plate comes into contact with passengers or obstacles, the linkage connected with the safety contact plate will touch the micro switch installed on the car door, so that the door can be opened again to avoid accidents.

4、Up and down limit switch:

In the elevator shaft of the upper and lower end of the installation of this switch, and installed in the upper and lower limit switch, the purpose is to protect the more box does not exceed the range, if beyond the upper limit or lower limit, the motor automatically stops, not in the work, with the upper and lower limit switch to distinguish between the switch will not fall off the power.

5、Lobby door automatic closing device

The opening and closing of the elevator floor door is realized by the door blade installed on the car door. Each floor door is equipped with a door lock. After the floor door is closed, the mechanical lock hook of the door lock engages, and only at this time can the elevator start running.

6、Floor door chain switch:

When the doors of all floors are closed, the elevator can be lifted and lowered. If the door of one floor is open, the elevator can not run.

7、Terminal limit switch safety protection system

There are terminal limit switches on the top and bottom floors of the elevator shaft. When the elevator is out of control due to a fault and the car goes to the top or squats at the bottom, the terminal limit switch will act, send out an alarm signal and cut off the control circuit, so that the car stops running.
