I. Functional characteristics

The overall structure of this equipment:

This equipment device adopts aluminium alloy rail type practical training table, module using standardized structure and tools and materials placed in the drawer and module storage box, interchangeability.

The practical training platform by the training screen (including power control screen), practical training table, practical training storage cabinets composed of three major parts. Training table frame by oxidation treatment of high material 40mm × 80mm aluminium alloy as the main frame material of the equipment; training table frame using aluminium alloy body colour, the power supply box is made of linen grey 1.2mm steel plate. The bottom of the training screen is equipped with a power control panel, the panel layout of the power control panel from left to right for the power indication and power control unit, time manager (including power protection) unit, lights and buttons unit, selector switch and buzzer and relay unit, instrumentation unit, DC power unit, the left and right sides of the power control panel are equipped with a two-plug socket, external power supply inlet installed in the power control panel. The left side of the power control screen (using aviation plug connection structure); the upper part of the training screen using three stainless steel profiles to form a general training module fixed structure, a time can be placed 8 training modules, according to the content of the training needs to switch the training module. The desktop of the training table is made of 25mm linen grey high-density laminate with sealed edges, which effectively improves the insulation level. The training locker adopts standard structure and drawer type, the left side has 3 drawers for storing tools and training materials; the right side of the double-drawer door design, can store 8 general training modules at the same time. The position of the training locker can be flexibly adjusted according to the needs, and the external dimensions of the locker are: 1090mm×500mm×600mm.

The I/O terminals of the PLC module, the terminals of the frequency converter and other accessory components of this equipment are connected with safety sockets, and the wires with safety plugs are used for circuit connection, which not only ensure the training, formation and consolidation of the basic skills of the students, but also ensure the fast, safe and reliable circuit connection.

Functional characteristics of each module of this equipment:

* AC power control unit: three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply to the device after the air switch, the device is equipped with power supply and energisation instructions, with a lighted fuse protection, start-stop switch control, at the same time with a leakage alarm instructions and alarm reset, and with an emergency stop switch. Provide three-phase four-wire 380V, single-phase 220V power supply each group (safety socket), to provide two groups of three-plug AC200V socket, controlled by the start-stop switch output, and has a fuse protection.

* Timer and alarm recorder: timer and alarm recorder, usually used as a clock, with the functions of setting time, timing alarm, cutting off the power supply, etc.; it can also automatically record the number of overcurrent alarms due to wiring or operating errors.

* DC power supply, DC voltage / ammeter, logic level output and indication, etc.: DC voltage: 0 ~ ± 10V adjustable output; DC current: 4 ~ 20mA adjustable output; DC digital voltmeter / ammeter: voltmeter range 0 ~ 30V, accuracy of 0.5, ammeter range 0 ~ 30mA, accuracy of 0.5; at the same time there is a logic level output (). Tap, yellow-green-red three-colour switch), logic level indication (yellow-green-red three-colour indication), LED digital tube, selector switch, buzzer, DC 24V relay, DC voltage output: 24V/6A, 12V/2A each group (with fuse protection).

*PLC module: PLC mainframe adopts Mitsubishi FX3U-48MR; input 24 points, output 24 points. Contains 24 knob switches, one boat switch, and one fuse. (or equivalent Siemens, OMRON and other brands of PLC)
