Product Description:

System Overview

The HRS-301Compact process control trainer focuses on realistic project simulation and provides students with a suitable and practical learning system for process automation. The learning system for process automation technology has been developed for the requirements of the vocational education context. The system is a comprehensive representation of the process automation "work unit" in the form of a workstation, where the operator can not only train and practice professional process automation skills, but also improve the social and methodological competence of professionalism.

The system contains two sets of control systems:

(1) control card host computer control system

(2) Siemens PLC touch screen control system.

The two sets of systems are used for different functions, control card host computer system can be used to facilitate the learning process automation measurement and control technology, Siemens PLC touch screen control system can be used to learn process automation programming sense that only technology. These include: planning, installation, commissioning, operation, measurement and control, open-loop control technology, closed-loop control technology, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
