Equipment Overview:

Integrated hot water heating circulation system trainer with programming controller PLC as the control core, the upper unit configuration software as the monitoring interface, real-time display of the working state and operating parameters. The system mainly consists of electric hot water boiler, heating pipeline and three basic parts of the heat sink, and has an expansion tank, circulating water pump, heat meter, self-operated differential pressure control valve, electric flow control valve, solenoid valve, automatic exhaust valve, temperature acquisition module, pressure acquisition module, flow acquisition module and other ancillary equipment, can be composed of a single pipe downstream type, single pipe across the leap type, two-pipe up for the next return type of the three different forms of the system.

It is suitable for teaching and training equipment of air-conditioning engineering, heating and ventilation and construction related courses in higher vocational colleges and vocational schools.


System configuration:

1. Practical training table

The training table adopts stainless steel collocation structure, and the whole heating system is arranged on the mesh plate.

2. Hot water heating system

The system consists of electric hot water boiler, heating pipeline, heat sink, expansion tank, circulating water pump, heat meter, self-operated differential pressure control valve, electric flow control valve, solenoid valve, turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor and automatic exhaust valve and other equipment.

3. Control cabinet

Iron double-layer matte grain spray structure, specifications: 700 * 600 * 1800mm; sturdy structure. The front door adopts transparent design, which can observe the contactor, thermal protector and other control components. Above the panel there are control switch knob, work status indicator, system flow chart and PLC host unit.
