Equipment Overview

HR-DT01-Elevator-installation-repair-and-maintenance-trainer is based on the real elevator installation, repair and maintenance of occupational job requirements, around the GB7588-2003 "elevator manufacturing and installation safety norms", TSG _ T6001-2007 elevator safety Management personnel and operators assessment outline of the relevant requirements. It is an elevator practical training platform developed by adopting the mainstream parts and control methods of elevators at the present stage. It is suitable for the teaching and practical training of elevator installation and maintenance, building automation, electromechanical automation and other elevator-related professions in various vocational colleges and technical schools, as well as vocational qualification appraisal centers and training and assessment institutions.                                                   

The device consists of steel structure shaft platform, traction system, guiding system, car, door system, weight balance system, electric traction system, electrical control system, safety protection system and other system units. The unique steel structure shaft platform not only facilitates teachers to teach and train students in practical training, but also creates a real scenario of elevator installation, repair and maintenance. The traction machine, guide rail, speed limiter, safety clamp, buffer and other components are all adopting the mainstream elevator standard components at the present stage, and the relevant national technical standards and safety norms are strictly implemented. According to GB7588-2003 Safety Code for Elevator Manufacturing and Installation, the detection and protection function of accidental car movement (i.e. UCMP device), the protection function of car door, and the monitoring function of the behavior of short connecting door locking circuit, etc., are added, and the traction machine adopts permanent magnet synchronous traction machine driven by frequency conversion and speed regulation. The electrical control system adopts the serial communication VVVF microcomputer elevator control system, which has the function of fault diagnosis or protection, and students can analyze the faults, determine the causes of the faults, and find out the solutions through various fault codes, input and output signals. Students can carry out daily maintenance practical training on the elevator according to the requirements in the Rules for the Use, Management and Maintenance of Elevators. Students can also carry out practical training on elevator installation on this device. Through the practical training of this device, students can really learn and master the elevator installation and maintenance technology and skills.
