The system can control temperature, pressure, flow, level and other process parameters by applying a variety of control strategies, and can meet the "Principles of Automatic Control", "Process Control", "Control Instrumentation", "Automatic Detection Technology and Sensors", "Computer Control" and other automation professional courses, including the object characteristics of the study, bit-type control, programme control, PID control, serial control, feed-forward control, hysteresis compensation control, solving the object characteristics of the study. control, PID control, series control, feed-forward control, hysteresis compensation control, decoupling control and other classical control. System Composition:

1, the system is designed into three tanks, one is the source water tank (in the lower part, large volume) stainless steel material, two is the control tank (in the upper part, small volume), the material is plexiglass, water tank water using a closed-circuit recycling method, a one-time injection of water without the need for an external source of water, the end of the experiment can be put back to the source tank, the source of the water tank in the lower part of the tank is connected to the drainage pipe.

2、Water level control of the tank. Realisation process: set the water level of the tank through the level transmitter to detect the actual level of liquid sent to the PLC for PID operation, the output of the standard signal control valve opening to achieve the purpose of regulating the water level, and set the high and low limits of the water level alarm.

3, pipeline pressure control. Achievement process: set the value of water pressure in the pipeline, through the pipeline installed pressure transmitter to detect the actual pipeline pressure sent to the PLC for PID operation, PLC output analogue signals to control the pump frequency converter, to achieve the stability of pressure in the pipeline, set the pressure of the high and low limits of the alarm.

4, fixed flow control. Realisation process: set a fixed flow rate value on the touch screen or computer, the system supplies water according to the set flow rate, when it is necessary to change the system flow rate, just change the flow rate value of the control terminal, and control the system flow rate size by controlling the frequency converter.

5、Water temperature control in the tank. Realisation process: the heating rod will be heating the water temperature in the tank to the set temperature, waiting for the temperature sensor detection, to reach the set temperature, stop heating, the temperature sensor will be real-time detection to ensure that the water temperature in the tank is constant.

6、Network function, the upper system adopts CP343 Ethernet interface module, which is convenient to connect with users.
