Overview.

HR-DG05 Sensor and detection technology trainer is the company's latest for the sensor and teaching experiments developed to adapt to different categories, different levels of professional teaching laboratory equipment. Can complete the "sensor principle and application", "automatic detection technology", "industrial automation instrumentation and control", "non-electricity electrical measurement technology ", "sensors and measurement and control technology" and other courses of the teaching experiment. The main console function:

1, the experimental station provides four groups of DC regulated power supply: ± 5V, ± 15V; ± 2V ~ ± 10V in five output gears, 2 ~ 24V adjustable, with short-circuit protection.

2, low-frequency signal generator: 1Hz-30Hz output continuously adjustable, Vp-p value of 10V, the maximum output current 0.5A.

3, audio signal generator: 0.4KHz-10KHz output continuously adjustable, output voltage range: 0VP ~ 10VP continuously adjustable, the maximum output current: 0.5A (RMS value 0.4KHz).

4、Differential amplifier: pass band 0-10KHz, can be connected to in-phase, inverted, differential structure, gain of 1-150 times the DC amplifier.

5, digital voltmeter: three and a half display, range ± 2V, ± 20V, input impedance of 100KΩ, accuracy of 1%.

6、Digital frequency/tachometer: composed of four digital tubes, two light-emitting diodes, input impedance 100KΩ, precision 1%. Frequency measurement range 1-9999 Hz, speed measurement range 1-9999r/min.

7, temperature meter: 0-150 ℃ degrees, precision 1%.

8, high-precision temperature control PID regulator, a variety of input and output specifications, with artificial intelligence regulation to parameter self-tuning function.

Sensor detection source:

1、Heating source: 16V AC power supply heating, temperature control range 0~150℃.

2, rotation source: 0-12V DC power supply drive, speed adjustable range 0 ~ 2400 rpm.

3, vibration source: vibration frequency 1-30Hz (adjustable), resonance frequency of about 13Hz.

Data acquisition card and processing software:

Data acquisition work 12-bit AD conversion, RS232, USB interface, resolution from 1/22048, sampling period of 1m-100ms, sampling speed can be selected, can be a single sample can also be continuous sampling. Provide the processing software has a good computer interface, you can carry out the experimental project selection and editing, data acquisition, characterization curve analysis, comparison, file access, printing and so on.
