Overview of motor performance comprehensive test device

     Motor performance comprehensive test device is a set of DC motor, AC motor corresponding to the control, operation, mechanical characteristics, electrical characteristics of the test and teaching training in one, supporting advanced detection and control means, the above various modes of operation for quantitative analysis, the collection of various parameters of motor operation. Students can be achieved through an embedded touch screen to collect data and display. This experimental bench from the special power supply console, instrumentation, motors, rails, loads and special wires to supporting software and so on are complete. It can better meet the teaching and research of DC motors, asynchronous motors, synchronous motors and other motor performance testing in various colleges and universities.

The motor load adopts the new type magnetic powder brake with high performance and long life, and the load adjustment is stable, reliable and convenient. It can be used for steady state testing as well as fast instantaneous testing. A touch screen based on WINCE operating system and embedded with Homebuilder embedded version configuration software is used as the human-machine interface, which serves as the data input, display monitoring and control terminal in the system. The terminal adopts RS-485/232 interface acquisition module for communication, and the data acquisition module uploads the detected value of the sensor to the terminal for display or monitoring.
