Equipment Overview
This device integrates PLC, variable frequency speed control, process control and engineering configuration technology. It consists of six layers of residential fire, life water supply system (physical model), the control platform of two major components, including programmable controllers, frequency converters, variable frequency magnetic drive pumps, dormant pumps, fire pumps, pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, water pipelines, fire hydrants, household taps, reservoirs and other engineering equipment. The control platform adopts PLC + frequency converter open control structure, can complete a variety of modes of floor constant pressure water supply training practical training, for teaching and researching the frequency constant pressure water supply technology to provide an open operating platform.
Functional features
1. The control platform adopts the open control structure of PLC+inverter, providing configuration software and PLC development environment, which allows students to design their own control programme with high flexibility.
2. The control platform has multiple protection mechanisms such as thermal overload protection, overcurrent protection, leakage protection, grounding protection, industrial frequency and frequency interlocking control.
3. The control system can simulate the real water supply system, there are automatic control and manual control of the two control modes, when the automatic control fails, the system is operated by manual control mode.
4. control objects all use stainless steel and plexiglass devices, to ensure that not rust, not easy to age; simulation of the six-storey building water supply system, with a living water system and fire water system two kinds of waterway model; power system consists of four pumps, two of which are conventional frequency conversion circulating pumps, a dormant pump, a fire pump, to simulate the conventional living water supply system, fire water supply system and night time water supply system with a small amount of traffic The water supply and drainage system can vividly simulate the typical structure of the building.
